"The culture of courtesy must be a pattern of behavior for all UNY Postgraduate academics. Polite in giving criticism and suggestions as well as polite in acting. Manners are realized in the form of smart and smile services. Smart mind, heart and skills and smile faces, behavior and character ". Prof. Dr. Marsigit, M.A started the visit of the delegation from Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) in the context of pioneering cooperation and brainstorming on Postgraduate management and management.

A total of 15 delegates were welcomed by the Director, Wadi I and II, Academic and Student Affairs Coordinator, Cooperation and Public Relations, Host, Publications and Journals, and Head of Sub-Division of TU PPs UNY. The UNNES delegation was led by Deputy Director I for Academic and Mawa Affairs, Prof. Dr. Totok Sumaryanto Florentinus, M.Pd. expressed the purpose of the group to PPs UNY to brainstorm and start a pioneering collaboration in the field of journals and publications.

In the discussion and Question Answer (QA) session, Dr. Sugito, M.A as Deputy Director I explained that Postgraduate has provided journal writing training facilities for students. Currently, Postgraduate has 2 coordinators related to journals, which are writing and journal publications that are ready to help students. Various facilities are provided to support Postgraduate students in shortening their study period while still producing graduates who are good in faith, piety and science and technology.

"Postgraduate has many large programs to enhance academic reputation. One of them is through research and international publications" added by Sugito. In 2019, UNY will hold many international seminars indexed by Scopus and the development of UNY's accredited journals. In his leadership, Prof. Marsigit applies transformative, participatory and collegial leadership that is expected to realize the Postgraduate vision and mission with the spirit of cooperation throughout the academic community.
